- If you opt for installment payment and fail to pay the second installment on time, your access will be revoked.
- The first installment will not be refunded under any circumstance.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under special circumstances such as accidental duplicate payments, in which case proof must be submitted within 48 hours.
